Is there Internet in each room?
We count with Broadband Internet by cable and WIFI in each room.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allow just if we can get availability in those apartments that have a terrace, and they will be charge $80.000 pesos.

If the reservation gets canceled what happens?
The cancellation has to be done two or three days before the reservation date, otherwise, the passenger will be charge for not show, that’s mean the charge for the first night, even if the passenger did not spend the night at the apartment.

How can I get the reservation confirmed?
When you make a reservation, to get a confirmation number you need to send a fax or e-mail to us, giving all the details of the stayed and passenger information.

How long in advance is it necessary for me to make a reservation?
The reservation has to be made in advance with 10 or 15 days.

Do you offer apartments or hotel room?
Our company offers a short and a long term furnished apartment rental, with Hotel services, what guaranties a comfortable stayed with a quality services.

Do you provide cleaning service?
Cora Inmobiliaria provides the house keeping service from Monday to Saturday at Plenitud and From Monday to Sunday at 96 Street.

Do you have a parking lot?
In each building we have a parking lot that you will be able to use without any charge.

Are the apartments comfortable and what do they look like?
There are apartments with one or two bedrooms. All the apartments have a kitchen, family room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom with TV Cable, safe box, phone for local, national and International calls, and the house keeping service. The services with additional charge are: Laundry, restaurant, local tour, transportation Airport- hotel-airport, outside phone calls
